Provide the vehicle type, dimensions or weight where relevant, current condition, pickup access and destination. Commercial vehicles have different requirements; the ability to handle a particular job must be confirmed.
Identify the person authorized to approve the work and provide a reference number when applicable. Discuss timing, the estimate and payment arrangements before confirming the request.
